Before finalizing the shocking process is complete in standard ovens, new flux powder shall not be placed, the resting process shall be applied to the shocked flux and when the flux are finished all, new product can be taken into process, in this sense, the main operating principle is to carry out both of these 2 processes, in one section carrying out the shocking process while carrying out the resting process on the other section.

After the flux powder at factory output are put to shocking process in shocking ovens at 300 °C they are to be taken to 130 °C temperature level and they shall be taken to resting process than they shall be taken into welding process. This process is not frequently carried out in busy workshops with standart ovens. In this product, there are two seperate sections with two independent digital thermostat this allowing shocking process in one section while carrying out the resting process in the other which provides a special application for busy workshops.
